Where can I book the service?

Our Service is currently available in Berlin and Potsdam. Nevertheless, we are planning on including other cities soon.

Thank you for your inquiry. We are getting back to you asap – either to confirm your appointment or alternative dates.

Changing or canceling the appointment

We understand that you might need to cancel. Please give us a note 24h prior to your appointment.

We might be on our way, so please keep in mind, that we charge 50% of your total appointment cost when you do not cancel.

How do I get ready for the appointment?

We do literally need a room with daylight or good lighting, a chair and an outlet for our tools. Please have a fresh towel ready. After colour you might prefer an older towel. Your floor will be covered with a foil.

We help to wash your hair. In our experience a bathtub is most comfortable but your sink does work too.

Is it possible to have a friend as a styling guest?

Yes, of course!

Yes! That helps to be perfectly prepared!

What products do you use?

We cannot bring everything but we always have our beauty favourites with us! We are beauty junkies and work with the best and most luxurious products.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, looking for vegan options or any other concerns, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us…

 

Why do I have to reserve a time buffer?

Due to traffic, please allow us a 30 mins grace period for us to arrive.
